Terms of Service for wezfachowca.pl
§1 General Provisions
These terms of service define the rules for using the wezfachowca.pl online platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”), which mediates contacts between clients and professionals offering services.
The owner of the Platform is projects.club sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Złota 75A / 7, 00-819 Warsaw, Poland, entered into the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001123118, NIP: 5273126872, REGON: 529449578.

Use of the Platform is free.
The platform acts as a tool enabling contact between the parties and is not a party to contracts concluded through it.
The Platform owner is not responsible for the execution of orders or the quality of services provided.
§2 Definitions
User – a natural person, legal person or organizational unit using the Platform. Client – a User publishing a request for quotation or an announcement about the need to perform a service. Professional – a User offering their services through the Platform. Announcement – information posted by the Client regarding the search for a service provider. Account – an individual User profile on the Platform, enabling access to the website’s functionalities.
§3 Rights and Obligations of Users
The user is obliged to: a. use the Platform in accordance with its intended purpose and these regulations, b. provide true and current data, c. comply with the law and respect the rights of others, d. avoid activities that may disrupt the functioning of the Platform.
The user has the right to: a. publish Announcements (Client) or respond to them (Professional), b. edit their data and manage their Account, c. delete the Account at any time.
§4 Rules for Posting Announcements
Posting Announcements requires creating an Account.
The announcement should include: a. a detailed description of the service, b. requirements for the contractor, c. deadline for completion, d. contact details.
It is forbidden to post content: a. vulgar, offensive, illegal, b. violating the rights of others, c. discriminatory.
The Platform owner reserves the right to remove Announcements that violate the regulations.
§5 Payments
Use of the Platform is completely free.
§6 Complaint Procedure
Complaints regarding the functioning of the Platform should be submitted to the following e-mail address: kontakt@wezfachowca.pl.
A complaint should include: a. data of the User submitting the complaint, b. description of the problem, c. possible attachments confirming the reported problem.
§7 Protection of Personal Data
The administrator of Users’ personal data is projects.club sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw.
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legal provisions and the Privacy Policy available on the Platform.
The user has the right to access their personal data, correct it, and request its removal.
§8 Final Provisions
The Platform owner reserves the right to amend these regulations.
Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform will be resolved by the court competent for the Platform Owner’s registered office.
These regulations come into force on January 24, 2025.
